Dakota Ridge Trail – February 2021

For their upcoming spring issue featuring the GenXYZ Most Influential Young Professionals competition, ColoradoBiz Magazine posed a question to me.

“What is your favorite thing to do in Colorado?”

My answer? “Long, fairly easy hikes with my long and fairly easy dachshund Max!”

As I’ve been preparing to introduce video as a new offering of Sweet Green Photography, I am taking my GoPro with me on hikes.

The above video is from last week.  Golden, Colorado’s Dakota Ridge Trail. It’s one of my newest favorite hikes.  We hiked 4.6 miles of it in a little over 2 hours.  It was the most perfect day!
