9244 W Colorado Ave – The Basement

 

A month’s worth of work was put into preparing this basement for a new tenant.

The landlord – my partner Paul actually – had new carpet installed.

But he personally spent weeks and weeks sanding and repainting every flat surface to make them their smoothest.

In the bathroom, every crack and corner was recaulked and a new vanity installed.

Light switches and the closet light were replaced.

I tried to document every detail on which all of those hours were spent.

While I can’t quite refer to this as a real estate listing video, perhaps think of it as a recording of renovations.  🙂
