Known for same-day real estate photography, I love being able to serve as a power partner for Colorado Realtors in the Front Range.  I am more than happy to travel away from the Front Range, but most of of the real estate agents that I help are hired to sell homes that happen to be in the Denver metro and Aurora areas.  Right now, going live with a listing quickly is more important than ever.  On more than one occasion, I have even been able to head to a new listing within 30 minutes of receiving a phone call from a Realtor!  Talk about fast turnaround!

No matter the size of the home, I charge $249 per listing.  After photographing the home for approximately 90 minutes, I return to my home in Lakewood, Colorado.  It is there that I will spend about three hours editing each image individually.  The finished results are 25-35 crisp and vibrant images uploaded to a GDrive folder.
